Posting and Distribution
• Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as social media profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for sale. Please contact me via email at [email protected] for commercial works as fees will apply for rights.• The client may repost and share the artwork, but please credit @grsbke.• I am allowed to post on my social media, unless requested otherwise. Commissioned artwork may appear in my portfolio.• I own all rights to the commissioned work as default. Fees may apply for shared or exclusive rights and may become commercial. ( +100% of commission price )• Entering my work into any A-I software for art generation/learning is strictly prohibited.• Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any pre-existing game/series/etc., may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise.• Listed prices are the base prices. The price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.• I have the right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level cannot meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not depict.- I refuse to depict situations, figures, or ideas that promote hate speech and violence against individuals of specific races, religions, genders, or sexualities.-Please ask about any potentially controversial subjects beyond the refusal list through email or any of my social channels (Bluesky, Discord)• Please allow one to three (1 to 3) weeks for the commission to be finished. A specific deadline may be requested, but may incur additional fees dependent on the time frame. I normally provide updates at the sketch, inks, flat colors, and final check phases, and the commissioner (you) is permitted to request updates beyond the listed phases.• Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees.Payment
Payment is via PayPal or Venmo. An invoice will be sent by me and deposit of 50% NON-REFUNDABLE must be paid before I start working on the commission. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working on the commission.• If you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund of 25% of the commission total.• In the instance I feel that I cannot complete the commission in any capacity, I can give a partial refund depending on how much was completed. I will keep 25% of the commission price dependent on the phase. (sketch, ink, color, etc.)• Processing fees are included in the commission price.• Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in the commission's cancellation. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation, but 50% of the total payment will be kept by me.• Process
Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch and further phases for your review to approve or make revisions. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.• Once the commissioned work is finished, I will send a final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur additional fees that must be paid in full before I proceed to make those adjustments.• Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full resolution .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical artwork is delivered for digital commissions.Traditional Works
• For traditional works, the commissioner (you) is responsible for the shipping cost.-In the case of lost mail, the commissioner (you) is responsible to claim package insurance.Commissioning me means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
